Acceptable Use Policy

BizvoraOne is a product and brand operated by Web Spider Solutions. "BizvoraOne" is not itself a registered company — Web Spider Solutions is the registered legal entity that provides the service and is responsible for it. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Web Spider Solutions.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using BizvoraOne. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except as expressly authorised.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our authorisation.

Communications, calling, and anti-spam

The service includes email, messaging, and AI voice-calling features. When using them, you must:

• Comply with all applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and electronic-communications laws.
• Honour do-not-call and do-not-contact registries and opt-out requests.
• Only contact individuals for whom you have a lawful basis and, where required, consent.
• Clearly identify yourself and not use deceptive sender or caller information.
• Not use the platform for bulk unsolicited messaging or harassment.

Data responsibilities

You must have the right to upload and process the personal data you enter into the service, and you must use it only for legitimate business purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Fair use

You must not place an unreasonable load on the service, circumvent usage limits, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, suspension, or termination. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities.
